Responsibilities

- Ensure equipment maintenance and uptime
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in manufacturing or a related role
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with ERP systems
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles
