About the Role
Lead advanced analytics for 150+ clinical trials accelerating drug development. Create predictive models that reduce trial duration by 40% through patient selection optimization. Your work will directly contribute to bringing 5 novel oncology drugs to market by 2027.
Responsibilities
- Develop ML models for clinical trial optimization
- Manage team of 25 biostatisticians and data scientists
- Design synthetic control arms using real-world evidence
- Implement NLP for adverse event prediction
- Collaborate with FDA on novel endpoint development
- Oversee data infrastructure for 10M+ patient records
- Present findings to executive leadership and partners
Requirements
- PhD in Biostatistics, Computational Biology or related
- 8+ years handling clinical trial data
- Expertise in R, Python, SAS, and SQL
- Experience with OMOP, CDISC, and FHIR standards
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (21 CFR Part 11)
- Published research in clinical informatics
- Prior management of data science teams
