About the Role
Drive predictive analytics initiatives for customer experience optimization. Develop ML models that inform strategic decisions across marketing, product development, and operations. Lead cross-functional projects to deploy solutions into production.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy ML models for recommendation systems
- Design A/B testing frameworks for model validation
- Clean and preprocess large-scale datasets using Spark
- Create data pipelines for real-time inference systems
- Mentor junior data scientists and analysts
- Present insights to executive stakeholders
- Research cutting-edge ML techniques for business application
Requirements
- PhD/MS in Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years applied ML experience
- Expertise in Python, PySpark, TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Deep knowledge of NLP and computer vision techniques
- Experience with cloud ML platforms (Azure ML)
- Proven success deploying models at scale
- Publication record in ML conferences/journals
- Experience with causal inference methods
