About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for market analysis and risk assessment
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize strategies
- Create data visualizations to present insights to executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data solutions
- Stay current with emerging statistical techniques and technologies
- Mentor junior analysts and guide data science projects
Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in quantitative analysis
- Proficiency in R, Python, and SQL
- Strong statistical background with expertise in multivariate testing
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
- Experience with big data platforms (Hadoop/Spark) preferred
