About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs
- Develop and implement nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient symptoms and vital signs
- Operate medical equipment safely and effectively
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of employment
- BSN or Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
