About the Role
Drive product strategy and roadmap development. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet business and customer needs. Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and feature sets.
- Conduct market research and have a deep understanding of customer needs.
- Work with engineering teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to launch new products.
- Analyze product metrics and provide insights to inform product decisions.
- Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on business goals.
- Conduct user interviews and feedback sessions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor landscape.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management.
- Proven track record of successful product launches.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of market research techniques.
- Familiarity with product management tools (JIRA, Asana).
