Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize predictive modeling frameworks
- Manage a budget of $5M+ for data engineering and analytics resources
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align analytics with business strategy
- Lead advanced A/B testing and statistical analyses
- Oversee data pipeline architecture and integrity
Requirements
- PhD in Data Science, Statistics, or Applied Math
- 8+ years experience scaling data science initiatives
- Expertise in machine learning, NLP, and statistical methods
- Track record of deploying models in production environments
- Strong leadership skills with 5+ years of experience managing teams
