About the Role
Lead our enterprise security strategy protecting financial systems handling $20B+ in transactions. Develop incident response protocols and governance frameworks while managing teams specializing in threat intelligence and vulnerability management. You’ll report directly to the CISO and influence security investments across Fortune 500 clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year cybersecurity roadmap
- Oversee SOC operations and threat detection capabilities
- Manage Pentesting and Red Team engagements
- Implement zero-trust architecture across hybrid environments
- Ensure compliance with FINRA, SOC2, and GDPR requirements
- Coordinate incident response with federal agencies
- Evaluate emerging security vendors and technologies
Requirements
- 10+ years in cybersecurity leadership roles
- CISSP, CISM, GSLC certifications required
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and network defense
- Deep knowledge of NIST CSF and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks
- Proven experience in financial services security
- Experience testifying to executive committees and boards
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field
- Active Top Secret clearance preferred
