About the Role
As a Data Scientist, you will develop machine learning models to drive business insights and automation. Your work will shape our AI/ML strategy and improve decision-making. You will collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deploy scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ML models for predictive analytics
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models
- Conduct A/B testing and performance evaluation
- Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Stay updated with advances in ML/AI
- Mentor junior data scientists
Requirements
- PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data science
- Proficiency in Python, R, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong grasp of statistics and data visualization
- Experience with SQL and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
- Familiarity with cloud-based ML services
- Excellent problem-solving skills
