About the Role
Build scalable machine learning models enhancing our recommendation engine. Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize ML workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy and maintain ML models at scale
- Architect ML pipelines using MLFlow/Kubeflow
- Collaborate with data scientists on feature engineering
- Conduct A/B testing for model validation
- Mentor less experienced engineers
- Optimize ML infrastructure for cost efficiency
Requirements
- 4+ years in ML engineering/data science roles
- Deep knowledge of model architectures (CNN/RNN/Transformers)
- Strong in Python with ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
- Experience with ETL processes and Spark
- Familiar with A/B testing methodologies
- MS in Computer Science or equivalent
