Responsibilities
- Direct team of 15+ surgeons and specialists
- Develop robotic surgery training protocols
- Implement AI diagnostic tools in patient care pathways
- Liaise with FDA on clinical trial designs
- Manage $20M annual department budget
Requirements
- MD with Board Certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- 10+ years surgical leadership experience
- Published research in JAMA/Circulation
- Experience with LVAD and heart transplant programs
- MBA or MPH degree preferred
