Responsibilities
- Develop computer vision models for inventory management
- Create recommendation engines using PyTorch/TensorFlow
- Design A/B testing frameworks
- Present insights to C-suite stakeholders
- Manage team of 5 data scientists
- Optimize big data pipelines (Spark, Snowflake)
- Implement MLOps best practices
Requirements
- PhD in Statistics, CS, or related field
- 8+ years ML deployment experience
- Expertise in Python/R and SQL
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of cloud AI platforms
- Experience with graph databases
- Publications in ML conferences
