About the Role
Join our engineering team to design and build scalable backend systems powering millions of transactions daily. You’ll architect cloud-native solutions using cutting-edge technologies while mentoring junior developers. Your work will directly enhance platform reliability and performance for global users.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain microservices architecture using Go and Node.js
- Optimize PostgreSQL and Redis database performance through query tuning and caching strategies
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Kubernetes for seamless deployments
- Develop RESTful APIs following OpenAPI specifications with 99.99% uptime SLA
- Conduct system design reviews and lead technical decision-making processes
- Implement comprehensive monitoring using Datadog and Prometheus/Grafana
- Enhance security protocols including OAuth2 implementation and vulnerability management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years experience building distributed systems in cloud environments (AWS required)
- Expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases with schema design and optimization
- Proven track record deploying containerized applications with Kubernetes
- Experience implementing event-driven architectures using Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Deep understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean code principles
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
