About the Role
Little Sprouts Learning Center seeks an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to lead a preschool classroom. You’ll create engaging lesson plans, foster social-emotional development, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children ages 3-5.
Responsibilities
- Develop age-appropriate curriculum
- Monitor children’s developmental progress
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and safety
- Communicate with parents regularly
- Organize educational activities and field trips
- Implement positive discipline strategies
- Complete required documentation
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education
- 2+ years classroom experience
- State teaching certification
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Knowledge of Creative Curriculum
- Strong observational skills
- Patience and creativity
