About the Role
We’re looking for a Remote Customer Success Manager to build strong, lasting customer relationships that drive adoption, reduce churn, and fuel growth. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a portfolio of customers to ensure their success and identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and execute customer success plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and gather feedback
- Regularly review customer performance and provide insights
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, predict churn, and inform strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or a similar role
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success software (e.g., ChurnZero, Gainsight)
