About the Role
Mountain View Care Center seeks a caring CNA to join our skilled nursing team. This role involves direct patient care for elderly residents while maintaining highest clinical standards. Mid-level position with peer mentorship opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Support mobility exercises
- Maintain clean patient environments
- Document care observations
- Collaborate with RNs on care plans
- Respond to call lights and alarms
Requirements
- Valid state CNA certification
- BLS certification
- 1+ years long-term care experience
- Knowledge of infection control
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Excellent time management
- Compliance documentation skills
