About the Role
Horizon Community Health Center seeks compassionate CNAs for geriatric care. Assist with daily living activities while maintaining patient dignity in 200-bed facility.
Responsibilities
- Monitor vital signs
- Assist with mobility transfers
- Document care reports
- Change bed linens
- Feed patients requiring assistance
- Report behavioral changes
- Maintain hygiene standards
- Escort patients to therapies
Requirements
- Active CNA certification
- High school diploma
- CPR/BLS certification
- Physical stamina for 8hr shifts
- Experience with dementia care
- Available weekends/holidays
- TB test clearance
- Valid driver’s license
