About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams. You will monitor patient vital signs, document medical histories, and educate patients and families on health maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and administer medications
- Monitor patient vital signs and document medical histories
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation
- Participate in patient assessments and care plan development
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and standards
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in the state of employment
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of healthcare software
