About the Role
Be the welcoming face of our resort, managing guest check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and inquiries. Resolve guest concerns and provide exceptional service experiences in Florida’s premier tourist destination.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and manage check-in/out processes
- Handle reservations and room assignments
- Respond to guest requests and concerns
- Process payments and billing accurately
- Provide local information and dining suggestions
- Upsell resort amenities and services
- Maintain detailed shift reports and logs
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency with reservation software (Opera PMS/Cloudbeds)
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including holidays
- Cash handling and accuracy skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Multilingual abilities a plus
