About the Role
We’re hiring a VP of Sales to lead our global sales organization and drive revenue growth. In this executive role, you’ll develop sales strategy, build high-performing teams, and establish processes to scale our go-to-market efforts. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious growth targets and expanding our market share.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy
- Lead, mentor, and scale the sales organization
- Establish sales targets, KPIs, and compensation plans
- Work with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion
- Build relationships with key enterprise customers and partners
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams on roadmap priorities
- Report sales performance to executive leadership and board
Requirements
- 10+ years in sales leadership roles in enterprise software/SaaS
- Proven track record of scaling high-growth sales teams
- Experience with complex enterprise sales cycles
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and KPIs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, MBA preferred
- Experience in our industry/market space strongly preferred
