About the Role

We’re hiring a VP of Sales to lead our global sales organization and drive revenue growth. In this executive role, you’ll develop sales strategy, build high-performing teams, and establish processes to scale our go-to-market efforts. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious growth targets and expanding our market share.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the sales organization
  • Establish sales targets, KPIs, and compensation plans
  • Work with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion
  • Build relationships with key enterprise customers and partners
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with product teams on roadmap priorities
  • Report sales performance to executive leadership and board

Requirements

  • 10+ years in sales leadership roles in enterprise software/SaaS
  • Proven track record of scaling high-growth sales teams
  • Experience with complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and KPIs
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, MBA preferred
  • Experience in our industry/market space strongly preferred
