About the Role
InnovateTech Solutions seeks a Senior Software Engineer to lead development of our AI-powered analytics platform. You’ll architect scalable solutions while mentoring junior engineers in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Design REST APIs with Python/Node.js
- Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Conduct code reviews
- Mentor 4-person engineering team
- Implement CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot production issues
- Research emerging technologies
Requirements
- 5+ years software development
- Expertise in Python/JavaScript
- Experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch
- AWS/GCP certification preferred
- Strong grasp of DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving
- Computer Science degree preferred
