About the Role
Lead the hospitality experience at GrandStay Resort Miami Beach. Manage front desk operations, oversee guest services staff, and ensure exceptional visitor satisfaction. Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain accurate booking systems.
Responsibilities
- Supervise team of 10+ front desk agents
- Manage check-in/check-out processes
- Handle escalated guest complaints effectively
- Monitor room availability and assignments
- Train staff on brand standards and systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
- Prepare daily occupancy reports
Requirements
- 3+ years hotel front desk experience
- 1+ year supervisory experience in hospitality
- Proficiency with hotel management software
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Multilingual abilities preferred
- Degree in Hospitality Management a plus
