About the Role
Riverside EMS needs experienced Paramedic Supervisor for 24/7 ALS operations. Manage 12-person crew, ensure protocol compliance, and coordinate with hospital systems.
Responsibilities
- Review PCR documentation
- Conduct skills validations
- Manage shift schedules
- Audit medication inventory
- Liaison with medical control
- Oversee vehicle maintenance
- Lead quality improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years 911 experience
- NREMT-P certification
- State paramedic license
- ACLS/PALS Instructor
- Supervisory experience
- EVOC certification
- HazMat awareness
