- Manage 40+ staff members
- Control food/labor costs

- Ensure health code compliance
- Handle customer complaints
- Schedule weekly shifts
Requirements
- 5+ years restaurant management
- ServSafe certification
- Fine dining experience
- POS system expertise
- Wine/beverage knowledge
- OpenTable proficiency
