About the Role
Create memorable guest experiences as Front Desk Agent at Coastal Sands Resort. Your role includes managing check-ins/outs, resolving guest requests, and coordinating room assignments. You’ll represent South Florida hospitality while building rapport with international visitors.
Responsibilities
- Process reservations and check-ins
- Verify payment methods and IDs
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Respond to guest inquiries
- Manage wake-up call requests
- Balance cash drawer daily
- Address guest concerns promptly
- Upsell premium accommodations
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Basic computer literacy
- Professional communication skills
- Hotel experience preferred
- Problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English (Spanish bonus)
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Customer-focused attitude
