About the Role
Join our tech firm’s software development team. As an associate developer, you’ll code, test, and improve web applications, providing critical support to our senior development staff.
Responsibilities
- Develop code for new features and components
- Debug existing applications to ensure optimal performance
- Write unit tests and troubleshoot application issues
- Attend daily stand-up meetings for project updates
- Collaborate with designers on interface development
- Participate in periodic code reviews/optimizations
- Research the latest software development trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong proficiency in Java or Python (pluses for both)
- Understanding of web development frameworks (Spring, React)
- Experience with SQL and databases
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
