Job Description
About the Role
Provide critical case management services for vulnerable children and families within Boston. Conduct assessments, develop safety plans, connect clients with resources, and advocate for child well-being.
Responsibilities
- Investigate child abuse/neglect reports
- Assess family situations
- Develop case management plans
- Maintain accurate case records
- Testify in court proceedings
- Coordinate with service providers
- Conduct home visits monthly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Social Work (BSW)
- State SSW licensure (LSW)
- 2+ years child welfare experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of MA regulations
- Case management skills
- Crisis intervention training
