About the Role
Provide excellent customer service, greet customers, and assist with sales and merchandising efforts in our busy retail store.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle sales transactions and process payments accurately
- Assist customers with selecting products and offer recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Replenish inventory and keep stock levels up-to-date
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience, preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Experience using POS systems
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
