About the Role
Join BrightCare Health Services as a Certified Nursing Assistant, providing essential daily care to patients in a long-term care facility. You’ll assist with mobility, personal hygiene, and monitoring patient conditions while collaborating with nurses and doctors.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take and record vital signs
- Help with patient mobility and transfers
- Document care activities in patient records
- Respond to patient call lights promptly
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Assist with feeding and nutrition tracking
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification in state of employment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of healthcare experience preferred
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
