About the Role
Lead front desk operations for a premier downtown hotel. Manage guest services, reservations, and staff scheduling to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Resolve escalated issues and promote premium hospitality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations across three shifts
- Train and develop guest service agents
- Manage room inventory and reservations
- Handle complex guest concerns and compensation
- Monitor financial transactions and daily reports
- Implement service excellence standards
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field
- 3+ years hotel front desk supervisory experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar systems
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for varied shifts including weekends
- Experience with revenue management principles
