About the Role
Install and maintain electrical systems in commercial construction and renovation projects. Ensure code compliance and deliver safe, efficient wiring solutions.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret electrical schematics for installations
- Install wiring and components like transformers, circuit breakers and outlets
- Perform troubleshooting of existing electrical systems
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NEC codes and standards
- Assist in selecting optimal electrical components and materials
- Advise team leads on electrical safety protocols
- Conduct periodic site inspections and testing
Requirements
- Valid electrician’s license and certification for state
- 4+ years of commercial electrical wiring experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Availability for overtime and weekend/holiday work
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong safety culture and adherence to protocols
