About the Role
Hines seeks a Senior Developer to lead $500M+ mixed-use urban regeneration projects. Manage full development lifecycle from land acquisition to stabilized operations for Class AA properties.
Responsibilities
- Structure joint venture partnerships
- Negotiate PZ variances with city councils
- Manage LEED Platinum certification process
- Oversee pro forma analysis for IRR targets
- Coordinate anchor tenant lease negotiations
- Monitor construction bidding process
Requirements
- 10+ years development experience
- Portfolio of 5M+ SF delivered
- Expertise in Opportunity Zone financing
- Strong relationships with REIT investors
- Proficient in Argus and Bluebeam
- MBA or MRED degree
