About the Role
Join Cushman & Wakefield’s top-producing NYC office as a Senior Broker specializing in Class A office leasing. Facilitate 500k+ sq.ft transactions in Midtown Manhattan.
Responsibilities
- Build tenant rep relationships with Fortune 500 companies
- Analyze market trends using Real Capital Analytics
- Negotiate LOIs and lease agreements
- Host exclusive building tours for C-level executives
- Collaborate with site selection consultants
Requirements
- 7+ years NYC commercial leasing experience
- $100M+ in closed lease volume (past 3 years)
- Active NY real estate license
- Skilled in Argus and CoStar
- Existing portfolio of corporate tenants
