About the Role
We are looking for a Classroom Assistant to support teachers and students in providing a positive learning environment. The role involves assisting with classroom management, preparing educational materials, and aiding individual student needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in managing classroom activities and routines.
- Prepare educational materials and resources for lessons.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with special needs.
- Monitor student behavior and report concerns to the teacher.
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom.
- Implement instructional strategies and activities as directed by the teacher.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of educational standards and teaching methods.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff.
- Fingerprint clearance and background check.
