About the Role
OceanView Resort & Spa seeks friendly Front Desk Agents to provide exceptional guest service. You’ll handle reservations, check-in/out procedures, and resolve guest inquiries in our beachfront property.
Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/out process
- Process payments and maintain records
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Recommend local attractions/dining
- Handle guest complaints professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance
- Upsell resort amenities and services
Requirements
- 1+ year hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Availability for evening/weekend shifts
- Knowledge of property management systems
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Problem-solving abilities
