About the Role
Executive position leading distributed development team building SaaS products. Drive technical strategy while managing 10 engineers across DevOps, backend, and frontend disciplines. Strategic role overseeing entire development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile development processes for two product teams
- Collaborate with product managers on roadmap planning
- Establish engineering best practices
- Mentor engineering team for skill development
- Oversaw cloud infrastructure cost optimization
- Manage technical debt reduction initiatives
- Improve CI/CD pipelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science
- 8+ years software development experience
- 3+ years managing engineering teams
- AWS/Azure architecture expertise
- Experience scaling cloud-native applications
- Strong communication across technical/non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Java and Python ecosystems
