About the Role
Design and build scalable fintech solutions for our B2B payment platform. Lead feature development, optimize architecture, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating across product teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop backend services using Python/Java
- Design RESTful APIs and microservices
- Implement secure coding practices
- Lead Scrum ceremonies for engineering team
- Mentor mid-level and junior developers
- Perform code reviews and optimization
- Troubleshoot production systems
- Collaborate with product managers on requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science
- 8+ years software development experience
- Expertise in Java/Python and Spring Boot
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
- Fintech or payment processing background
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
