About the Role
Empire Financial Group seeks a Senior Financial Analyst for M&A advisory services. Conduct due diligence, build LBO models, and prepare pitch books for middle-market transactions. Hybrid role with client site travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models
- Perform industry/market analysis
- Create CIM materials
- Support deal structuring
- Coordinate with legal teams
- Mentor junior analysts
- Present findings to C-suite
Requirements
- MBA or CFA charterholder
- 5+ years IB/PE experience
- Advanced Excel modeling skills
- Experience with Capital IQ
- Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS
- Series 79 license
- Ability to travel 25%
