About the Role
Join our technology team as a Backend Engineer to build and optimize the architecture supporting our SaaS product. Expertise in cloud-based architectures and scalable microservices is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend systems in Python/Flask
- Implement RESTful APIs for client-server communication
- Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes for speed and efficiency
- Collaborate on service deployment strategies (AWS/Azure)
- Write automated integration tests to validate system performance
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in backend development roles
- Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and security
- Ability to work in agile development environments
