About the Role
Respond to service calls for commercial and residential plumbing issues. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards while providing high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fittings, and fixtures
- Conduct visual inspections and utilize diagnostic tools to determine repair needs
- Follow safety protocols while installing and servicing gas lines, water heaters, and septic systems
- Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and code regulations for complex installations
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions that meet business and safety compliance
- Maintain accurate inventory management, documentation, and records related to jobs completed
Requirements
- Journeyman Plumber license required, Master Plumber license preferred
- Vocational training or apprenticeship in plumbing required
- Minimum of 3 years plumbing service experience in commercial and residential settings
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of plumbing codes, OSHA regulations, and safety procedures
- Physical stamina to perform duties that may require lifting over 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
