About the Role
Evergreen Elementary seeks a supportive Teacher’s Aide to assist educators in fostering a positive learning environment. This role helps manage classroom activities and supports student development through individualized attention.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead teacher with lesson preparation
- Supervise students during lunch and recess
- Provide one-on-one reading and math support
- Organize classroom materials and displays
- Track student progress reports
- Assist with classroom technology setup
Requirements
- High school diploma (required)
- 1+ year experience working with children
- Fingerprint clearance certification
- Basic first aid/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills
