About the Role
We’re seeking a dedicated Social Worker to provide support and services to individuals and families in need. You’ll assess clients’ needs, develop care plans, and connect them with community resources to improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments and develop care plans
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention
- Coordinate with other social service agencies
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation
- Advocate for clients’ needs and rights
- Participate in community outreach programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work
- State social work license (if required)
- 2+ years of experience in social services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of community resources
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries
