- Handle 50+ daily customer contacts
- Process returns/exchanges
- Maintain CRM records

- Meet QA performance metrics
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish/English
- 1 year call center experience
- Typing 45 WPM+
- Salesforce experience
- Flexible schedule availability
- High school diploma required
