About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our fashion retail team and provide exceptional shopping experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding the perfect items for their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain visual merchandise standards and ensure Organize and display merchandise comply with company guidelines.
- Perform regular floor sets, replenish stock, and maintain a clean and inviting sales floor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for fashion and customer service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
