About the Role
As a Data Analyst at Summit Bank, you’ll leverage SQL, Excel and Tableau to turn complex data into actionable insights. This role works directly with senior analysts to track financial performance and optimize operations across our 300+ branches.
Responsibilities
- Develop SQL queries to extract key data sets
- Build dashboards and reports in Excel/Tableau
- Conduct statistical analysis on financial portfolios
- Prepare visualizations for internal presentations
- Maintain data integrity through cleansing
- Collaborate with IT for database integration
Requirements
- BA/BS in Finance, Economics or Statistics
- 2+ years in data analysis or finance role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel pivot tables/formulas
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau)
- Attention to detail in metrics tracking
- Strong communication skills
