About the Role
Support investment teams at Capital Strategic Partners with data analysis and modeling. Prepare valuations and market research while developing actionable financial insights for institutional clients.
Responsibilities
- Build financial models for M&A and capital raises
- Prepare quarterly performance reports
- Analyze portfolio company financial statements
- Conduct industry and competitive research
- Support transaction due diligence processes
- Create presentations for investor meetings
- Develop tools to enhance analytical processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Finance or related quantitative field
- 2+ years investment banking or private equity experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong understanding of corporate valuation
- Experience with Bloomberg Terminal and CapIQ
- Excellent attention to detail
- CFA level I candidate preferred
