About the Role
Learn commercial electrical systems through structured training at BrightSpark Electrical Services. Assist journeyman electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance. Gain hands-on experience while preparing for licensing exams.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of electrical wiring and fixtures
- Learn to interpret electrical blueprints and diagrams
- Maintain tools and equipment inventory
- Perform conduit bending and threading
- Troubleshoot basic electrical issues with supervision
- Adhere to all safety protocols and codes
- Complete assigned tasks from journeyman electricians
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts
- Ability to pass drug test and background check
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
- OSHA 10 certification (training provided)
- 2-year commitment to apprenticeship program
