About the Role
Design, implement and assess curriculum for age 3-4 in our premier learning center. Build engaging, safe environment that sparks early childhood curiosity
Responsibilities
- Create monthly curriculum themes
- Conduct developmentally appropriate activities
- Ensure child safety and health regulations are met
- Support assistant teachers, aides
- Foster peer socialization skills
- Collaborate with parents to nurture children’s growth
- Track developmental progress and reporting
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum of 3 years teaching in licensed daycare/preschool
- CDA certification (Child Development Associate)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of early childhood developmental milestones
- Experience with positive behavioral guidance
- Pass state/federal background checks
