About the Role
Summit Financial Partners seeks a Mid-Level Analyst to support portfolio management teams researching equities and fixed income securities. You’ll build valuation models, prepare investment memos, and monitor market trends across technology and healthcare sectors. This client-facing role contributes directly to investment decision-making and performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop DCF and comparable analysis models
- Prepare quarterly performance attribution reports
- Perform ESG risk assessments
- Maintain portfolio compliance dashboards
- Update sector research presentations
- Collaborate on earnings call summaries
- Support due diligence for potential holdings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Finance or related field
- 2-4 years buy-side investment experience
- CFA Level II candidate or charterholder
- Advanced Excel modeling proficiency
- Bloomberg Terminal competency
- Understanding of SEC filing analysis
- Series 63 license (or obtain within 90 days)
