About the Role
Join Orion Manufacturing’s production team as a Manufacturing Line Operator. You’ll help meet our company’s production targets by operating machinery, assembling components, and performing quality checks.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment for optimal performance
- Assemble and inspect products to meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines to minimize downtime
- Conduct quality checks and report defects to supervisory team
- Follow all safety protocols and report any operational hazards
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and contribute to team efficiency
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to stand and operate machinery for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
- Willingness to work overtime and varying shifts as needed
